We provide a range of community based support to strengthen your social networks.
This includes supporting you to visit and engage with family and friends, participate in peer activities, community events, attend special interest groups, movement to music therapy and attend religious festivals or places of worship.
We have close working links with employment and training organisations and we will support you to access education, paid employment, volunteering and training opportunities. Where necessary, you will be supported to attend by a core member of your trusted, regular staff team.
We also work closely will local voluntary organisations and charities who provide low cost group outings, with trained volunteers. We can signpost you to third sector and voluntary organisations that can provide support, co-ordinate appointments, direct to advocacy services and provide respite cover for you or your loved ones.
