Children's Community Support

Your staff team can help facilitate your children’s play and educational activities, assisting them both in and out of the home, and help them work towards their independence and achieve their longer term outcomes.

We will provide assistance at school and during social activities. Your child’s health, education and development needs will be met as a whole and all of this form their tailored support plan.

Your child will be supported to produce a personalised Activity Plan to identify what they wish to do each week. We work closely with local voluntary organisations and charities who provide low cost group outings, with trained volunteers. 

We have been able to source low cost and free activities, such as movement to music, walking groups, swimming sessions, horse riding, ball and sand play, painting and drawing and coffee and cake mornings at community centres. 

We also signpost for families and loved ones. This includes supporting you to access third sector and voluntary organisations that can provide support, co-ordinate appointments, signpost to advocacy services and facilitate/provide respite cover. Additionally, we can guide you to the right outside services at the time you need it.
